Kirkland Math Tutor is committed to providing a positive, professional, and productive learning environment for all students. Please review the following policies before enrolling. 

1. Payment Policy

• Tuition is due monthly in advance for all scheduled sessions.

• Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension of tutoring services.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Private Tutoring Sessions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

Group Lessons:

• Group lessons have a strict no make-up and no-refund policy for missed sessions, regardless of the reason. 

3. No-Show Policy

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions. 

4. Student Conduct 

 To ensure a productive learning environment, students are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared to participate.

• Treat tutors and fellow students with respect.

• Follow instructions and engage appropriately during sessions.

• Maintain appropriate behavior during both in-person and online tutoring.

Kirkland Math Tutor reserves the right to discontinue services for students whose behavior is consistently disruptive, disrespectful, or interferes with the learning of others. 

5. Scheduling Adjustments

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible for scheduling adjustments. Efforts will be made to accommodate changes for private sessions with sufficient notice.
